Free shipping to Italy for orders exceeding 99,00 Euros.

For orders less than 99 Euros the shipment cost is 8,00 Euros.

We remind you that for orders with "Cash on delivery" payment method you should pay an extra fee of 5 Euros even if you order is more than 99 Euros.

You will receive your products in 1/2 working days after the shipment (usually the day after the order confirmation - in any case not before having received the payment confirmation).

N.B.: We will not be held responsible for damages that may arise due to delays in delivery of the goods not directly attributed to us.

If the amount of the order is less than 149,00 Euros, you will receive your products in 2/7 working days according to the delivery time table above at a cost of just € 35,00.

N.B.: The shipping costs indicated above does not include eventually customs fees.

If you cannot find your country in the tables listed above and you would like to purchase our products, please send an e-mail to the following address info@marchettistore.com indicating your name and surname, your address, the code or product name, the quantity and the method of payment (Bank transfer or PayPal) that you prefer. We will answer you within 24 hours, indicating the exact amount of transport costs and, if necessary, payment of customs fees.

* Customs Fees
Payment of customs fees will be borne by the recipient of the package and the amount of such fees will be determined directly by legislation applicable in the Country to which the products will be sent. Marchettisotre does not know how much these customs fees may be and TNT will inform you of them as soon as the package reaches its final destination.
If the customs fees are not paid and the goods are refused, all customs fees and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.

Packaging

In order to allow you to receive your products in the shortest possible time and without paying high costs, marchettistore has created different kinds of packaging according to the amount of products ordered: every order will be sent in a box created especially for reduced rates.

Returns

As indicated by the Legislative Decree Dlsg del 22/05/1999 n.185, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products purchased in a very simple way: all you have to do is to pack them and send an e-mail to info@marchettistore.com .
We will organize collection by our TNT courier after having contacted you to define the collection date.
If the product shows signs of production faults, return costs will be borne entirely by marchettistore.
The amount is net of the postage contribution. The expenses incurred for returning the parcel will not be refunded.

We must remind you that you must request the return procedure within and no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods.

N.B. When you send us back a product you have to include the ORIGINAL sales receipt. Please make a photocopy for your own records. Your original receipt will be sent again with your product.
